MAIN MISSION

In this role, you will join our Finance department, and be a part of the Financial Business Partner team led by Chloé.

The Financial Business Partners team’s mission is to manage reporting, budgeting and controlling processes in order to make sure our company scales efficiently.

You will have the opportunity to build business partnering relationships with the cross functional teams.

MISSIONS

Reporting directly to our Finance Business Partner Team Lead, your main missions will be:

Reporting & Analysis

• Supervise all the topline performance analysis that the team provides each month to C-levels, operation teams and investors

• Work on large customer and gross margin database to extract the essential information/evolutions and identify key conclusions

• Control check customer data provided by our internal tools (CRM and billing system)

• Conduct ARR reconciliation per customer, net retention analysis (including churn and upsell)

• Prepare reporting deck (keynote sent to C levels & investors)

• Analyze monthly cost/ROI performances and provide intelligence/processes to operational teams in order to improve key metrics

Budgets & Forecasts

• Be an active participant of yearly budget building and quarterly re-forecasting process by providing ad hoc analysis

• Be the main Finance interlocutor of some budget owners for daily questions, budget construction and strategic matters

• Analyze monthly and quarterly discrepancies between budgets and reality

• Pro-actively conduct deep cost analysis related to your perimeter and share presentations to stakeholders highlighting where they stand

Tools and processes

• In charge of reviewing and optimizing topline processes, along with our Business Operations team

• Participate in optimizing our ERP, CRM and other financial tools

• Build scalable processes to achieve a perfect accuracy and remove as much as possible manual inputs

• You have +5 years of experience in a Controlling/FP&A position in a fast moving environment, you master top line and gross margin problematics

• You are fluent in French & English, you have excellent written/verbal communication skills

• You are a real team player and you are comfortable working with Senior profiles in cross functional teams

• You master Excel and have a strong analytical mindset: ability to build Excel-based automated decision tools

• You are known for your organization, your autonomy and proactivity. You have a strong sense of ownership and are able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
