Job Description
Within the Marketing team, you will be responsible the Brand & Communication vertical. You will be in charge of defining and diffusing Yousign's brand internally and externally across all of our target geographies (France, Germany, Italy and additional European countries). You will also be responsible for content creation, PR, Social Media and Events.
As part of this scope, you will closely collaborate with other marketing verticals as well as the Design, Sales, and Product teams.
You will report directly to the CMO and will manage a team of 4 people.
Your mission:
- You will lead the evolution of our brand positioning and the development of our brand platform to best serve our company strategy,
- You will ensure that our tone-of-voice and our brand guidelines are properly used in our internal and external communications,
- You will define and implement the Brand and Communication strategy for the company, ensuring that it serves our brand development targets as well as the challenges of other departments such as SEO, Business Development ans Sales.
- You will guarantee the excellent management of all budget and production aspects to ensure that we can deliver the most value efficiently and cost-effectively,
- You will help your team to grow and develop their capabilities.
Your profile:
- You have at least 6 years of experience in branding including 3/4 years in a leadership role,
- You have already worked on a rebranding or a branding platform revamp,
- You have worked in a SaaS/Tech environment for a BtoB brand,
- You have outstanding writing and oral communication skills,
- You have excellent project management skills
- You have a strong business acumen,
- French and English are mandatory, a third language is a plus (German or Italian).
