Your Team :
Within our “People and Culture” team (8 people), made of People Operations, Partners & Talent Acquisition, you will be in charge of all the Product & Engineering related hirings. Yousign’s Talent Acquisition team has been instrumental in supporting the company’s scale, delivering the best candidate experience, as well as the best hiring manager experience. As an experienced recruiter, you’ll own your perimeter and have a direct impact on our team’s ability to develop & ship new features.
Your Missions :
As the Talent Acquisition Manager for Engineering & Product teams (E&P), you’ll have full ownership of the roles and relationship with your dedicated hiring managers. With a healthy mix of inbound, referrals and outbound sourcing, you’re able to drive your pipeline and deliver on closing, all the while providing best in class experience to candidates and internal stakeholders.
In direct collaboration with the E&P teams, your missions will be the following:
- Partner with different Managers to build & scale their teams with top talents;
- Develop an interest and understanding of how our business works & the strategies around it in order to comprehend hiring needs and objectives;
- Develop & nurture your own network of talents;
- Come up with the best talent sourcing strategies, using necessary tools & channels;
- From Kick-off to closing, you’re responsible for guiding hiring managers & candidates into finding the right match for the right business need;
- Work proactively with hiring managers, defining the best processes & strategies to fill those roles;
- Identify role criteria, hardskills and softskills to ensure we assess candidates consistently (based on facts & behavioral questions);
- KPI & Data driven, use them to infuse a culture of recruiting excellence within the organisation;
- Curious, you’ve already worked on different areas on top of E&P (Business / Corporate or Go-to-market) and/or are willing to do it (again), following the business need.
Who are you ?
Feel like applying ? Here are the main skills that will help you thrive as Yousigns’ next Talent acquisition Manager - Tech (F/M/X) :
- You have a proven track record as a recruiter working closely with hiring managers of Product & Engineering teams (mainly);
- 3-5 years of experience;
- You have a mix of Agency & In-house recruiting experience;
- You have experience in a fast growing / scale up environment;
- You have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers;
- You speak fluent French & English (any other language is a plus);
