Under the supervision of the marketing team, you will help implement our marketing strategy, support operational tasks, and drive growth initiatives. If you live and breathe marketing, this internship offers the perfect opportunity to showcase your creativity and ambition.
Your responsibilities will include:
Content Marketing
Writing and publishing articles, social media posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Creating and managing engaging content aligned with our five strategic pillars: tax-free shopping, shopping, travel, expatriation, and ZappTax.
Community Management
Managing and animating social media platforms (content calendar, community interactions).
Monitoring campaign performance on social media and suggesting improvements.
Acquisition & Growth
Analyzing user data to identify acquisition opportunities.
Assisting in the implementation of paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
Contributing to the development of our super-ambassadors program.
Partnerships & Influencers
Researching and managing collaborations with influencers or strategic partners.
Proposing initiatives to increase brand visibility.
Administrative & Operational Support
Preparing and sending promotional materials, including point-of-sale advertising (PLV) packages, to partners or clients.
Assisting with logistical tasks to support the marketing team’s operations.
Providing general administrative support to the team.
Market Research & Analysis
Conducting competitive benchmarks to identify best practices in the industry.
Analyzing KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.

Student in business, marketing, or communication (Bachelor’s/Master’s level).
Passionate about marketing, with curiosity and ambition driving everything you do.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (social media management platforms, Google Analytics, etc.).
Creative, detail-oriented, and organized.
Comfortable managing operational tasks and working on logistics.
Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Interest in e-commerce, travel, and/or fintech.
Bilingual in French and English (proficiency in another language is a bonus).
