Your purpose:
As our HR Operations Manager for France and Portugal, you ensure the smooth execution of HR administrative processes. You focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency, supporting our employees and enhancing the overall People experience.
Your team:
You are part of our People & Culture team and collaborate closely with a dedicated HR Business Partner for your region. You will work in sync with another HR Ops and HR BP duo supporting our Benelux region. Together, we aim to deliver seamless HR services to our teams.
Manage HR administrative processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data changes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Oversee payroll for France and Portugal, collaborating with external providers to ensure error-free processing.
Maintain and update HR systems (e.g., HRIS), focusing on data integrity and compliance.
Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll, providing prompt and clear responses.
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, implementing best practices in HR operations.
Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to support workforce planning, employee relations, and process improvements.
Prepare reports and analytics to track key HR metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
Support the implementation of new HR initiatives and process enhancements to continuously improve the employee experience.
Hybrid work model (3 days in office per week in Paris).

Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, on the French market
Strong knowledge of French HR administration and payroll processes.
Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., HRIS) with a focus on data integrity and compliance.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Excellent communication skills in French (fluent) and English (B2 level minimum).
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with an HR Business Partner.
