To support our shift from being service-led to product-led and to align with our ambitious growth plans for 2025, we’ve structured our Product & Engineering organization to move faster, deliver with quality, and scale effectively.

Our teams are organized around key functional areas, each owning a specific domain and focused on delivering value to both our users and internal stakeholders. This structure enables us to work on multiple priorities in parallel, foster deep expertise in each product area, and empower teams with greater autonomy and accountability.

Daily stand-ups bring all teams together to align on priorities, share progress, and resolve challenges collaboratively. This close communication ensures we can deliver efficiently while maintaining a strong sense of support and cohesion across the organization.
