The first days at SiPearl are organized and busy: meeting the teams, lunch with your team, brief on the mission with the manager, "Welcome Presentation" by our CEO, discussions with members of the cross-functional team and official announcement of arrival…
It's a lot for a first week but it is possible to come back to it peacefully afterwards.

Each employee is trained according to their needs and on an ongoing basis. Managers as well as the HRBP team take time with each employee to discuss their desire for development and their expectations, at least twice a year, or when employees feel the need.
In 2024, all employees will benefit from training in non-violent communication.
