As La Vie’s CFO & Key COMEX member, you will manage financial operations, provide strategic financial insights, and ensure regulatory compliance to push our growth to new heights🚀. You will lead a great team of 2 people in finance & accounting and report directly to our CEO & co-founder, Nicolas.

• Provide Strategic financial leadership to guide La Vie™ in achieving its short-term and long-term financial goals (reaching profitability being a top-priority)

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities to ensure the company’s financial health and stability

• Work closely with other COMEX members to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company’s overall vision

• Help write the right equity story for La Vie

• Initiating & leading financial operations as fundraising, M&A, debt funding

• Produce accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for internal and external stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements

• Implement cost-effective strategies and optimize financial resources

• Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, implementing appropriate measures to mitigate them effectively

• Accounts Payable and Receivable Management

• Provide support in our Global expansion

• Manage the finance & accounting team, boosting a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement

• Proven experience as CFO in the FMCG sector

• Strong financial analysis and strategic planning skills

• A hands-on attitude is unnegotiable

• Knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong Leadership and team management experience

• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment

• You are fluent in English & French

Process You will have a first video call with someone from the HR team and a second interview with our CEO, Nicolas, followed by a business case. Ideally you will then get to meet informally the rest of the COMEX as a last step.
We will also ask you to share your references 😉
