Your main responsibilities :
Recruit, train and coach a team of sector managers to ensure excellent field efficiency
Adopt and have your team adopt an organization allowing them to optimize the resources available (tools, Trade marketing resources, etc.)
Manage the results of your region through regular analysis of your team’s performance
Negotiate and manage agreements with regional customers (assortment, promotional plan, e-commerce)
Ensure the implementation of agreements in all stores in your region
Work in close collaboration with the head office teams (Key Account, Category management, Trade Marketing, Logistics) in order to achieve the annual objectives of each brand
Your profile :
With Bac +5 training, you have initial field experience in supermarkets, as well as management experience
You are ready to move to our Paris headquarters within 2-3 years
You are comfortable in English both written and spoken
You want to flourish in a dynamic environment and a company that allows you to develop your potential
You are said to be strong in conviction, autonomous, with product sensitivity, involved and with a sense of customer service
