Commercial FP&A Analyst

The Commercial FP&A Analyst France off trade is responsible for the financial and strategic planning process within the France off trade channel (Retail), ensuring business targets are cascaded and monitored accordingly, as well as to challenge the reported figures and assist in corrective action plans with the Channel Director and his peers. He/she will be ensuring the data availability and integrity as well as analyzing and validating the monthly/yearly budget and financial plans, tracking & monitoring the adherence of the expenditures, the income, the cost of sales and other budgetary items to their budget. Together with the Commercial FP&A Manager France, he/she is the key contact of the commercial organization of France off trade to steer the Financial & Strategic Planning and Reporting processes.

Main Responsibilities :
Accountabilities
Budgeting Cycle
Planning monthly/yearly channel budget, monthly forecasts and LE´s
Ensuring connection and alignment with channel plans and Commercial operations
Monitoring adherence and compliance with all related policies and procedures
Validating and participating into build-up of business case analyses and forecasts
Analysis and Reporting
Delivering monthly/quarterly/yearly closings in close cooperation with GCC and business teams
Reviewing actual results and key variances against budget and LE for IT S&D
Providing visibility on key account & retailer P&Ls
Preparing management reporting on key metrics and variances
Recommending action plans to improve performance to Management Team FR and BU FP&A team
Ensuring compliance with accounting principles, AB InBev standards, policies and procedures
Supporting revenue management initiatives
Other
Delivering on special finance and commercial projects (Anaplan, Finance Excellence Program, etc.)
Identifying and ensuring implementation of process and system enhancements to continuously improve operations
Performing other duties as requested by Commercial FP&A Manager France or FP&A BU BNFL team
Who are we looking for :
University degree in Economics, Finance, and related field required.
0-2 year experience in Finance area or related fields
Experience in working in an ERP environment is a plus
High level of service mindset &good business sense
Highly structured and systematic approach to delivering business solutions
Excellent team player, able to develop strong relationships with colleagues and peers
Comfortable in presenting to senior stakeholders
Understanding of financial concepts and transactions
Analytical and problem solving skills
Strong computer skills (Excel, SAP, etc.)
Able to work on own initiative and prioritize workload effectively
Fluent French and English in speaking, reading and writing
