We are looking for an IT Manager who will oversee Developers and Lead Developers.

You will join a team of field professionals, supported by operational teams. Your passion for client relations and human interaction will be key to your success.

You are dedicated to supporting policyholders in resolving their claims while maintaining positive relationships that ensure customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Innovation & IT Projects Department, within the Group's IT division, your role is to ensure that the projects you lead meet the needs and challenges of the business units and deliver the added value expected by the company.

Your missions: 

• Lead developers, lead developers, and other technical team members.
• Foster collaboration and ensure effective task distribution.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate team members' performance.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of IT projects.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and technical specifications.
• Manage priorities and resolve potential roadblocks.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and other company departments.
• Regularly communicate project progress and results.
• Provide technical support when needed for internal users.

You will play a key role in aligning technology with the company's strategy and goals. They must possess strong technical skills, excellent management abilities, and effective leadership and communication skills.

Within the IT department, we implement the AGILE methodology using SCRUM and KANBAN frameworks. Our production and work environment is fully Microsoft-based, utilizing Azure DevOps and Azure Functions.

With a Bac +5/Engineering in Computer Science – Project Management degree, you have strong knowledge of IT systems, software development, and infrastructure.

You have at least one successful experience in managing IT profiles and are recognized for your managerial and technical skills.

Familiarity with emerging technologies and their business applications, you are able to inspire, motivate, and guide teams toward achieving goals and you have the capacity to manage diverse teams and foster collaboration.

You are fluent in English. 

Salary : 55-60K€ fixe
