Under the responsibility of our Head of SDR, your objectives will be as follows:
- Leadership and Motivation:
As a leader, you will foster a positive and inspiring team culture, encouraging each member to reach their full potential. You will lead daily meetings, conduct regular performance evaluations (weekly and monthly), and promote open and constructive communication. Close collaboration with the Account Executive and Customer Success teams will be crucial to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Team Performance and Development:
You will ensure the achievement of individual and collective goals related to MRR and pipeline generation, with specific expectations for SDRs (8 qualification calls and 4 product demos per week per SDR). You will define and implement action plans to improve team performance and ensure their continuous development.
- Training and Coaching:
You will be responsible for the continuous evaluation and optimization of sales development processes in close collaboration with SDR Ops. You will train and coach your team on SaaS B2B sales best practices and financial concepts, strengthening their skills and confidence.
- Recruitment and Talent Management:
You will actively participate in the recruitment process to strengthen your team, in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition department. You will encourage career progression and contribute to the retention of your team members.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of significant experience managing a team of 5 to 10 people, preferably in a commercial environment.
Scale-Up Environment: Experience in a Scale-Up setting, particularly in Fintech SaaS, is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical ability to identify and prioritize prospect types and resolve bottlenecks in the value chain.
