Tomorro is doubling in size every year and we’re looking for an ambitious person to structure the People department with Marie-Alicia (People Manager) and Antoine (CEO) and enable us to continue to grow serenely.
Recruitment & onboarding
To be the strategic HR partner to C-level (HQ), team leaders and local leadership - identifying regional strategies to support and anticipate organisational and talent needs.
Develop and implement bi-annual recruitment plans in collaboration with the various departments.
Develop the employer brand to effectively attract the best talent.
Continuously improve our recruitment process to increase efficiency and deliver the best candidate experience.
Ensuring the best onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees, and implementing processes to monitor the effectiveness of recruitment and induction.
Training & development
Develop an annual employee development and training programme to support professional development.
Implement robust and impartial performance management processes.
Develop function-specific career plans with team leaders and provide clear growth paths for all employees.
Define progression rules, variable pay, bonuses, incentives and benefits tailored to each function and geographic area.
Culture
Promote a positive and inclusive corporate culture in line with Tomorro’s values.
Leading team building activities and other initiatives that contribute to the well-being of our team.
Take ownership of our global CSR policy.
Monitor employee well-being and respond to their concerns and problems.
Management
Even if we know that the perfect candidate doesn’t exist, here’s what he or she would look like:
You have a good command of written and spoken French and English, as we are expanding internationally. German is a plus.
You have over 10 years’ experience in human relations management in a company and you have a proven track record in developing and managing a team, ideally in a fast-growing international start-up environment.
You have an in-depth knowledge of HR issues: recruitment, legal, training and development, employer branding, and more.
You have strong written and verbal communication skills, and are able to explain something complex in simple words. You’re not afraid to present and defend your decisions to demanding stakeholders.
You have an analytical mind and a thorough understanding of the business and the company’s challenges.
You’re curious, open-minded and ready to challenge the status quo.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to rally the team around your initiatives.
