Aletiq’s Sales team is expanding and looking for its next Business Developer.
Reporting to the CEO, you will play a central role in our sales process, contributing to Aletiq’s rapid growth. Responsible for generating sales opportunities, you’ll have to identify and contact the best companies in the industry to generate a maximum number of sales opportunities (80% outbount, 20% inbound).

Full of enthusiasm, your missions will be :
Create and develop a portfolio of prospects
Identify and map key decision-makers and influencers (CEO, COO, CTO, quality manager…)
Understand manufacturers’ needs to build a customized offer
Generate qualified opportunities for our Account Executives
Manage outbound prospecting campaigns (cold email, cold call…)
Help qualify prospects (emails, discovery calls…)
Participate in the creation of sales and marketing materials: sales roadbook, pitch, communication…
Participate in numerous trade shows and workshops
Keep abreast of what’s going on with our customers and prospects
Maintain quality information in our CRM Hubspot
Help optimize sales cycles and processes
Five-year college or university degree (business school, sales training…)
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to quickly build trusting relationships with your contacts, you’ve got energy to spare
Very comfortable speaking, you aren’t afraid to pick up the phone
Perfect command of French
Rigorous, responsible and autonomous in carrying out your assignments
Willingness to continually train and learn from the best in sales development
B2B sales experience
