As a Business Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in our growth by engaging potential clients across exciting manufacturing industries (space, energy, medical…). You’ll collaborate closely with our Sales & Marketing teams to create new opportunities and contribute to our success. What You’ll Do
Drive Outbound Prospecting & Engagement – Proactively identify and connect with potential clients through personalized outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.), with a strong focus on outbound initiatives.
Find Solutions & Build Interest – Develop creative ways to connect with decision-makers (C-levels and Head of departments), understand their needs, and secure meetings.
Qualify & Nurture – Assess inbound and outbound leads, ensuring they align with the businesses we can best help.
Collaborate & Grow – Work closely with our Sales & Marketing teams to design and run targeted outreach campaigns.
Engage & Represent – Participate in industry events, trade shows, and workshops to connect with prospects and expand our network.
Stay Organized & Share Insights – Keep our CRM (HubSpot) updated with accurate information and share feedback to refine our approach.
Who You Are
A strong communicator who enjoys connecting with people and building relationships.
Resilient and adaptable in a fast-moving, result-oriented environment.
Fluent in French, with English proficiency being a plus.
Detail-focused and proactive, you track your progress, adjust your approach when needed, and look for ways to improve.
A first experience in sales, business development, or a related field (especially in SaaS, tech, or a startup).

Responsible for generating sales opportunities, you’ll have to identify and contact the best companies in the industry to generate a maximum number of sales opportunities (80% outbount, 20% inbound).
