Why is this role important?

Having recently secured a 5m€ round from Point Nine (European Top-Tier fund) and looking ahead to organisational growth, we are hiring our first Talent Lead.

In close collaboration with the Founders, you will own and drive the People vision / strategy and act as a strategic counterpart to our Leaders. You will be responsible for the hiring and development of our org making sure that we are building, managing and retaining a best-in-class team. You will utilise your Leadership skills to ensure that we are scaling in a timely and effective manner never compromising on quality.

What will you do?

As the first Head of Talent in the company, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Build, own and drive our People vision and strategy

  • Build and continuously improve our People processes including Talent Acquisition, People Ops and more traditional HR

  • Build and own the metrics we should be tracking to ensure we are hiring the right people at the right time and developing / managing their careers effectively

  • Define and implement our ‘talent stack’ including ATS, HR Systems and Performance Management Software

  • Work hand in hand with the Leadership team to help define and shape our Org to make sure that we are well-balanced and future fit


Profil recherché

  • 7+ years of experience in Talent including at least 2 years as a Leader but you are still happy to, and relish, getting your hands dirty

  • Experience building a talent function from an early stage and scaled it through high growth, never compromising on quality

  • Experience working as part of a Leadership team to help define and execute the company’s future trajectory

  • As commercially minded as you are people focused

  • Comfortable zooming in / out of problems and finding the way to done

  • Desire to inspire, motivate and move others

  • Entrepreneur at heart and you’re not afraid to build everything from scratch


Déroulement des entretiens

We respond to applicants before the end of each week and within 24 hours of each interview, we will request and share feedback at every stage.

Applicants can expect the following:

  1. A discovery call to get to know each other better - 30 minutes

  2. On site technical interview - 1h30

  3. A motivational interview with one of the founders - 1h

  4. Offer stage

A lot of our interviews are enabled through self-scheduling but we are always on hand to speak to you or answer questions throughout the process. At the offer stage, you may want to speak to more of the team, see a demo or have other suggestions for us.
