RoleOverview:The Head of Business Solutions will be responsible for designing,implementing, and optimizing business solutions, with a focus on customerexperience and business processes for International Private Medical Insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership & Team Development: Build, manage, and develop competencies in a high-performing international team of Product Owners, Project Managers, Process Specialists, Analysts and Consultants.
  • Standard Solutions Roadmap: Define the roadmap for standard IPMI-related solutions, ensuring alignment with business priorities, market demands, and stakeholders’ expectations, while anticipating future needs and technological advancements.
  • Solutions Design and Delivery: Design and build standard business solutions that cater to clients, insured members, distributors, insurance partners, medical providers, and internal teams.
  • Documentation & Training: Document and package standard solutions, including product sheets, user guides, demos, and training resources. Lead training initiatives to empower business teams to effectively market, deliver, and operate solutions.
  • Process Definition & Implementation: Provide high-level business processes for implementation of standard solutions. Facilitate the roll-out of standard insurance products and key account projects.
  • Costing & Optimization: Measure and optimize the performance of both user interfaces and business processes, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals. Evaluate the cost to implement and operate business solutions.
  • Tailor-Made Solutions: Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to implement specific solutions for some clients, ensuring that unique requirements are met while maintaining alignment with our standardization strategy.
  • Innovation & Market Awareness: Watch industry trends, emerging technologies, and market shifts in health and financial services, driving innovation across digital experiences, insurance, and business solutions.

Keysuccess factors:

  • Customer Experience Focus: Prioritize relevance, user-friendliness and customer experience in all solutions, ensuring a seamless, intuitive interface for end users, both external and internal.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, project management, IT support, business development, sales, marketing, operations and finance, to deliver high-quality business solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and the successful delivery of business solutions.

Profil recherché

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of leadership experience, including Consulting, Digital / Product, Project management, process optimization, and solution marketing in digital or technology sectors. Insurance industry experience is a plus.
  • International profile and experience, with proficiency in both English and French. Ability to travel regularly to our offices in Europe and Asia. Personal experience as expat is a plus.
  • Proven ability to design and implement business solutions, with a focus on conceptualising standard solutions and designing efficient customer journeys.
  • Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on long-term business growth and innovation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies (e.g. Product roadmap, Agile, Project management, Solution marketing).
