Join our Arlettie team and embark on a global journey, organizing exclusive private sales around the world for one of the most iconic luxury brand.

We are looking for an Account Manager Assistant to assist with the full organisation of our private sales events. There will be approximately 7 to 10 sales per year, each lasting around 15 days. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects, including comprehensive planning, logistical and operational support, and real-time event management. Additionally, you will contribute to the preparation of post-sale reports and the analysis of results. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Sale Event Planning:

·        Identify the most suitable venues in each city for the planned sales

·        Conduct thorough research to select and collaborate with appropriate suppliers

·        Assist with event layouts and develop impactful merchandising strategies to maximize engagement.

·        Create invitation links and provide regular updates on registration metrics

·        Assist with the recruitment of temporary staff to support the operation of the sale

 

Event Execution and Performance Monitoring

·        Support event execution by overseeing layout setup, merchandising arrangements, and team preparedness

·        Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, visitor counts, average spend per visitor, sell-through rates, and profit margins

·        Propose targeted marketing strategies to enhance conversion rates and maximize sale revenue

 

Post-Event Reporting and Analysis

·  Compile and share detailed marketing statistics with the Account Manager

·   Prepare a comprehensive post-event review, highlighting achievements and identifying areas for improvement.


Profil recherché

Qualifications and Experience

  • Graduate of a top-tier business school

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in purchasing, merchandising, or collection management

 

Hard Skills

  • Strong knowledge of the fashion and luxury industries, with a keen eye for products and trends

  • Familiarity with retail and event planning

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Fluent in English

 

Soft Skills

  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

  • Detail-oriented, highly organised, and focused on excellence

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
