Be the first Product Manager (early employee/key hire) in the company: In this pivotal role, your main responsibility will be to ensure we deliver the best product to our clients while fostering a culture of innovation.
Translate user feedback into product requirements: Convert insights from users into clear product narratives, detailed specifications, and actionable tasks for design and engineering teams.
Use data to guide product decisions: Analyze product usage and user data to inform development priorities, strategy, and feature enhancements.

Product management experience: 3+ years of product management, product design or related experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving product development from concept to launch.
Educational background: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field.
Technical fluency: Knowledge of programming languages, data analysis, business case modeling, and design. Ability to engage in technical conversations with engineering and data science teams.
Design expertise: Strong eye for pixel-perfect design and impeccable visual taste. Experience in creating high-fidelity prototypes and leading design discussions.
Data-driven decision-making: Proven experience in analyzing data sets and making informed product decisions.
Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French. Ability to convey ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Cross-functional collaboration: Experience working in a technical environment with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and sales.
Product lifecycle management: Hands-on experience with integrating user feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and leading pre and post launch activities.
