Further expand our footprint across Europe

After up to 3-month onboarding with the current operational and sales teams in Paris, you will be part of an exciting journey as part of an international sales organization located in our newly opened office in Tel Aviv.

As a Customer Acquisition Manager at Avent Media, you’ll be instrumental in expanding our footprint across Europe with a focus on the German market. You will be supported by Marketing resources and activities (events, lead acquisition, branding, etc). Hands-on, you will own the full sales cycle, developing and managing a prospects portfolio of Marketing executives in Germany for our full range of marketing services. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, mission-aligned sales leader to make an immediate impact.

In details, your tasks will include (non-exhaustive list)

  • Research and contact potential prospects (outbound) among local large companies

  • Generate and manage a pipeline of leads to drive revenue

  • Identify the challenges and needs of prospective customers

  • Provide appropriate solutions, offering relevant commercial products from Avent Media and get them sign our contracts

  • Build and maintain relationships with brand

  • Keep the prospecting activities up to date in our CRM tool (Hubspot)

  • Deliver to the management a reliable, regular and up to date reporting of your activities

  • Commit to reaching the business goals defined together with the management

  • Participate to relevant business events and represent the company

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to present supportive actions

  • Work closely with the Production team to ensure successful campaign delivery

Profil recherché

How can you stand out ?

  • You are native from the United Kingdom and are based in Tel Aviv (or planning to relocate)

  • You are organised, ambitious, a team player, a positive mind with problem-solving attitude, listening to the needs of your contact person

  • You have at least a first successful sales experience in B2B, ideally selling digital marketing products

  • You are a hunter, always moving towards your next big win

  • Analytical skills to monitor trends and generate reports

  • You’re adaptable, dynamic and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
