We are looking for an engaged and passionate Lead Growth to generate leads for Altitude Finance and Altitude Industry, our platforms for Funds and Corporates. You will be responsible for all tasks related to lead generation and management, for Altitude at a global scale.
You would be joining a larger sales community, of 5 Account Executives (+2 pending recruitment in Q1 2025), to work with. To generate qualified leads for them, you will have the freedom to use all relevant channels, tools and budgets to reach your objective. You can of course leverage internal talents + agencies.
Your goal will be both define your strategy (acquisition channels, positioning towards competitors, etc.) and implement it (build the growth stack, tools automation, etc.).
Main areas of responsibilities of the role will include:
Database management & enrichment (SalesForce, Pardot, Preqin, etc.)
Cold outreach, Email marketing & marketing automation
Paid Channels (LinkedIn, Search Ads, …)
SEO
Website development & CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
Lead scoring
Alignment between Sales & Marketing initiatives and KPIs
You will work directly with Altitude’s CRO. As Altitude will grow, so will do the Growth & Marketing team, opening opportunities.
Key challenges of the role include:
Structuring lead generation and growth strategy implementation
Working across the whole Altitude Ecosystem - targeting various personas, from various sectors and geographies
Experience: 5 years+ of Growth experience in B2B SaaS companies.
Experience in Climate or Sustainability startup/scale-up is a strong plus.
Track-record managing various acquisition channels at scale in a B2B environment
Experience in marketing automation strategies and tools (B2B)
Natural problem solver, high level of critical thinking
Great communicator (clarity, energy)
Analytical, data-driven DNA
Highly collaborative, and Sales-oriented
Interest for Climate Change and ESG/CSR topics.
Fluent in French and English, additional languages are a plus
