You have a very important role to maximise the value we deliver to our clients, especially Private Equity and Infrastructure investment firms.

Your missions will include: 

• Lead the team of KAM & CSM for Altitude Finance

  • Recruitement, onboarding and training of new comer, as we are a fast growing team

  • Animation of the team, manage workload, support team members in their day to day challenge, as we keep onboarding new clients

  • Support the individual development of the team members to help them grow as we grow.

• Take the lead as a KAM for our most strategic accounts, to stay connected directly to Altitude users.

• Cultivate the link between the KAM team and the other teams

  • Through synergies and strategic alignement with Sales team

  • Through continuous feedback to the Product & Tech team, to improve the product and ease the customer support job

  • Connect with AXA Climate Consulting team to keep bringing value to our customers

• Be a thought leader,

  • Represent Altitude during international conferences

  • Animate workshop and trainings for our clients

  • Host Altitude client club

• 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 to 5 years in a KAM/CSM role for a SaaS company

• Experience in Sustainability, Sustainable Finance, and Private Equity

• Lean management and TPS experience are strong plus
