Altitude is the brand of our SaaS business. Our purpose is Adaptation. We build solutions, for decision makers, to enable climate and environmental adaptation. Our products are tailor-made for each persona: Private Equity firms, Agricultural cooperative, etc. We are +25 people working on it: product managers, designers, developers, business developers, etc.
We are autonomous within AXA Climate, but we work closely with the consulting teams dedicated to Financial Services, Corporates and Agri sectors. We strongly believe that success is collective and we play as one team.
Altitude is made of several products, & was launched in September 2022. It is a platform dedicated for Infrastructure and Private Equity funds, enabling risk screening in pre-acquisition Due-Diligence, and enabling portfolio monitoring for reporting (such as TCFD). It is an innovative one-stop-shop for sustainability and investment teams, screening climate and nature-related risks and opportunities within minutes, very easy to use, and fully automated.

During first year we signed +50 clients, globally. It’s time for step 2, as we are planning to triple that in 2025.
We are looking for an engaged and passionate Account Manager to help us cherish our new financial clients, located across France, the UK and US. You will work with the Key Account Manager within the Altitude Sales and CS Team.
Your main objective will be to develop and sustain solid relationships with clients by fulfilling the following missions:
• Manage and secure the deployment of Altitude with our PE clients.
• Identify and close new business opportunities for growth (up-sell & cross-sell)
• Maximize retention
• Collect client’s feedback to help the Product team
Preferred experience
• Experience: 1/3 years and + of Account Management
• Client-centric: you like to resolve problems for clients and create a real partnership with the people you’re working for
• Organized and rigourus: you pay attention to details in the execution and the follow-up of missions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable managing several tasks and challenges in a fast-paced environment
• Business-oriented : You are a Sales person, you know how to identify new opportunities and close them
• Interest for environment and understanding of the Private Equity industry are a strong plus
• Fantastic team player, with whom it is cool to work alongside
• Fluent in French and English
