AXA Group Operations teams are composed of:
• Group IT Services and Group CIO: Define AXA’s global IT strategy; foster IT convergence across entities and provide them with shared services;
• Group Security: Protect employees, our stakeholders and the AXA brand by securing information and managing cybersecurity, physical security and operational resilience;
• Group Emerging Technology and Data: defines the Group’s data maturity ambitions; builds and manages the community; conducts research and expertise; assists the least mature entities in terms of data; identifies cutting-edge technologies and develops disruptive ones for the entities; creates use cases on specific technologies with the entities;
• Group Procurement and Sourcing: defines AXA’s purchasing strategy, its guidelines and the Group’s standards; manages relationships with our strategic suppliers and accelerates business purchases;
• GO Strategy/Finance & Group SPM: ensures the consistency of global projects with the Group’s strategy; oversees the implementation and performance of strategic projects;
• GO General Secretary & Risk: defines the risk management framework and ensures its proper integration into the design of our products and procedures in order to promote decision-making in a more secure environment.
• GO Transformation: accelerates the agile transformation within Group Operations; establishes and implements a common HR communication and strategy for our division.
• AXA Business Services: offers shared services aligned with AXA’s business priorities.
A. Main taskso Manage the Workspace One infrastructure (inventory, deployment, security, reporting) and integrate the new technical solutions on the different entities…o Operate the Azure AD / InTune infrastructure and integrate the new technical solutions on the different entitieso Ensure the proper execution of Mobile projects and programmes in the upstream (assessment of customer needs and recommendations), design and implementation phases in order to ensure the relevance of the responses provided to the needs expressed by AXA GO or its partnerso Provide technical expertise to project teams and technical teams on solutions related to the employee work environmento Write technical instructions, engineering plans, technical designs and other documents related to the integration of solutionso Design and participate in the development of cross-functional and integration serviceso Research, evaluate and suggest systems / equipment / technologies based on internal customer requirementso Guarantee the security and compliance of the Mobiles of the Group's employees.o Resolve incidents, contact level 3 and report to editors and suppliers (Microsoft, VM Ware, Apple, etc.)
