As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Batch, you will be a key player in refining our Go-To-Market processes and establishing our launch operative system. This role involves overseeing the planning, tracking, and impact assessment of our product launches. You will design, articulate, and communicate compelling value propositions to our customers and prospects, amplifying our Product Marketing strategy to drive business growth.
Contribute to our strategic marketing playbook and craft compelling, differentiated product positioning and messaging for consistency across channels.
Own and define the Go-to-Market strategies for Customer Engagement Platform, based on market research and team alignment.
Plan and execute product launches, manage timelines, and create launch and marketing materials to engage target audiences.
Become an expert in the Customer Engagement Platform market, by conducting analysis to monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing actionable insights.
Develop sales enablement strategies to equip our Sales Team with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed, create key sales collateral, and run internal Sales & CSM Enablement workshops.
Play an active part in the development of features with our Product Team, from Discovery to Delivery, by ensuring a proper market fit, developing a distinctive positioning, and managing effective GTM strategies.
The Senior Product Marketing Manager will work closely with Simon, Antoine (co-founders of Batch), Brieuc, Clément (Revenue Ops), Laure, Mélodie (Marketing), Marie, Delphine (Design), and Mickael, Claire, Alaïs (Product).

5+ years of relevant work experience in B2B products (in product marketing, consulting, product management) in the technology environment, working on product positioning, messaging, and pricing definition. 2+ years of marketing or go-to-market experience
Experience managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, CSM, Marketing).
Experience owning messaging & positioning, shaping marketing strategies, and executing marketing plans.
Good teaching skills and the ability to design and improve processes and organize them.
Excellent written communication skills in French and English
Bonus points if you’ve worked the job of our core personas (CRM Manager, and CMO in large B2C organization) in the past and if you know the MarTech market.
