Under the management of the Global Total Rewards & International Mobility Head, you will oversee the following responsibilities:
Benefits management
- Collect and analyze benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other employee offerings across all Biocodex affiliates (cartography including guaranties provided and cost analysis);
- Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to ensure cost efficiency and quality of service delivery;
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure benefits are competitive within the Pharma Sector;
- Analyze trends and provide recommendations for new or revised programs;
- Work with an external partner to introduce innovative solutions such as new investment options or digital tools;
- Provide guidance and education to HR community on benefits options and usage;
- Develop and deliver engaging communication materials, presentations, and campaigns to promote benefits programs, in strong partnership with the Global Talent Aquisition and Employer Branding Head;
- Organize internal benefits-related events, such as benefits workshops or conferences;
- Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on benefits utilization, trends, and financial impact;
- Support budget forecasting and cost analysis for benefits programs;
- Monitor benefits program performance and analyze key metrics such as participation rates, costs, and ROI;
- Prepare data insights to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
More particularly for France :
- Valorize benefits programs to provide Total Reward communication to the France employees via the TRS (Total Rewards Statement / BSI - Bulletin de Situation Individualisé);
- Manage the Employee and Retirement Savings Plan in France (PEE/PERCO), including the day-to day operations (enrollment, contributions, etc.), ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, liaise with the external provider to maintain a high service quality and organize Employee Communication campaigns to educate employees; all of this in strong partnership with the HR Heads of all legal entities and sites in France;
International Mobility
- Develop and update global mobility policies to support talent moves and address emerging challenges in international assignments;
- Ensure policies and procedures align with business needs, local regulations, competition and employee experience goals;
- Manage the operational aspects of international assignments, including expatriate programs, immigration, tax compliance, and relocation processes;
- Partner with HR, finance, and legal teams to ensure compliance with tax laws, social security agreements, and other regulations;
- Work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and senior leadership to advise on mobility and rewards solutions;
- Provide expert guidance to employees on international mobility-related matters, including relocation support, compensation adjustments, and cultural integration;
- Manage risk by proactively addressing potential compliance issues and recommending mitigation strategies;
- Ensure adherence to international labor laws, compensation regulations, and global mobility requirements;
Compensation Management
- Participate in the governance of the Job Grading for new Standard Positions;
- Benchmark jobs against market data to establish appropriate salary ranges;
- Ensure that pay practices are equitable, competitive, and aligned with business objectives;
- Participate in Willis Towers Watson compensation, benefits and HR policies surveys for our 16 subsidiaries and coordinate our international HR teams;
- Prepare detailed reports on compensation, including cost analysis, pay equity studies, etc..

YOUR PROFILE
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with a specialization in Compensation and/or Global Mobility
- 7-10 years minimum of experience in managing benefits for a diverse and multinational workforce, with a focus on program design and compliance
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g. Workday) and benefits administration platforms (WTW, Aon, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools are mandatory
- Familiarity with benefits compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks will be valued
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
- Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Cultural sensitivity and knowledge of international HR practices
- Detail-oriented with the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes

- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to ensure continuous improvement
- French and English fluency are a must
