Mission description & key responsibilities

As a B2B Growth Manager at Bodyguard, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive lead generation strategy (inbound, outbound, ABM) to maximize pipeline volume and conversions. You will work closely with Marketing operations and Sales to ensure seamless collaboration and data-driven decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation & growth strategy: Develop and implement a data-driven lead generation strategy (inbound, outbound, ABM) to drive high-quality pipeline growth and optimize conversion rates.

  • Campaign management: Design and execute highly targeted marketing campaigns tailored to key audiences and personas, leveraging segmentation and analytics.

  • Sales collaboration: Work closely with Sales to:
    • Track and analyze pipeline performance.

    • Measure campaign ROI and optimize conversions.

    • Provide insights on prospect behavior and marketing impact.

  • SEO, SEA & content marketing: Oversee SEO, paid search (SEA), and coordinate content marketing initiatives with our Senior Content Manager.

  • CRM & analytics: Use HubSpot to monitor key marketing KPIs, from acquisition to deal closure, ensuring data-driven optimizations.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a growth-focused role, preferably within a consultancy or start-up environment.

  • Technical skills: Strong understanding of data scraping, enrichment processes, and marketing automation/CRM tools (Hubspot and Growth Machine).

  • Analytical skills: Excellent analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and French. Adept at presenting complex information clearly and persuasively.

  • Project management: Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Creativity & autonomy: Innovative thinking and a creative approach to developing growth strategies in full autonomy.
