As the Growth Marketer for our Photographer Community, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance the acquisition and retention of photographers on our platform. You will manage the marketing funnel specifically for our community, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience for our photographers.
Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track key performance metrics, gather insights on community engagement, and adjust strategies based on data-driven decisions.
Supply Forecasting: Analyze order forecasts, data and trends to forecast photographer supply needs across different locations and times, ensuring client demands are met.
Funnel Management: Oversee and optimize the entire marketing funnel for the photographer community, focusing on acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
Growth Strategies: Develop innovative growth strategies and campaigns to attract new photographers and retain existing ones.
Content Creation: Create engaging educational materials and resources that support photographers in their onboarding and ongoing success.
Community Engagement: Foster a strong sense of community among photographers by organizing virtual events, webinars, and workshops that encourage interaction and skill development.
Collaboration: Work closely with Operations and Product to ensure a smooth onboarding process for photographers, address any supply-related challenges, and optimize the photographer user journey in-platform.
Proven experience in growth marketing, preferably within a community-focused or B2C environment.
Strong understanding of the marketing funnel, with experience in developing strategies for both acquisition and retention.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for collaborating cross-functionally.
Creative mindset with a passion for finding innovative and cost-effective growth tactics.
Strong data-centric mindset with the ability to leverage analytics to forecast supply needs and inform marketing strategies.
Fully autonomous with digital marketing tools and platforms (especially Meta Ads, HubSpot, and analytics platforms).
