As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our prestigious clients get the best experience possible. You’ll build strong relationships, help them maximize the value of our platform, and drive growth through strategic collaboration.

✨ Your Mission

🔹 Be the trusted partner of our customers

  • Onboard and train new clients to ensure a smooth launch

  • Build deep, consultative relationships with key stakeholders

  • Conduct regular business reviews to maximize engagement and success

  • Share insights on industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs

🔹 Drive customer growth & retention

  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities to drive additional revenue

  • Proactively detect risks and prevent churn through strategic account management

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to unlock cross-sell opportunities

🔹 Enhance Customer Success processes

  • Work on internal projects to refine and scale our customer success strategies

  • Suggest and implement process improvements to optimize client experience


Profil recherché

🎯 What We’re Looking For

- 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role
- Experience in fast-paced environments (startups, scale-ups, SaaS)
- Background in luxury, media, sports, gaming, or brands is a strong plus!
- Strong consultative and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive action
- Autonomous, organized, and proactive – you take ownership and make things happen
- Passionate about Tech for Good and making a positive impact online

1️⃣ Intro Call (30-60 min) – Chat with Manon (Head of HR) 

2️⃣ Strategic Deep Dive (45 min) – Interview with Jean-Baptiste (Head of Sales) 

3️⃣ Business Case (1h) – Solve a real-world challenge with Jean-Baptiste & Clémence (CSM)
