As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will take full ownership of a portfolio of high-profile clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our platform. You will act as a strategic advisor, drive adoption, and contribute to revenue growth through deep engagement and consultative account management.
🔹 Be the trusted partner of our customers
Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with senior stakeholders
Conduct executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions
Provide insights on industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs
🔹 Drive customer growth & retention
Identify and capitalize on upsell and expansion opportunities
Proactively mitigate risks to prevent churn and enhance client loyalty
Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to align customer needs with our roadmap
Leverage data analytics to drive engagement and measure success
🔹 Enhance Customer Success processes
Lead initiatives to refine and scale customer success strategies
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering best practices in customer engagement
Optimize internal workflows to improve efficiency and client experience
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✅ 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role in SaaS
✅ Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts in fast-paced environments (startups, scale-ups, SaaS)
✅ Strong background in luxury, media, sports, gaming, or global consumer brands is a plus!
✅ Exceptional relationship-building skills with C-level and senior stakeholders
✅ Data-driven mindset with a strategic approach to client management
✅ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
✅ Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented
✅ Passionate about Tech for Good and creating safer digital spaces
