As the Software Leader and as a key member of the Research and Development team within the Clinical Integration and Insights (CI&I) Business Unit in Paris, you will play a pivotal role in the software development of our flagship product, Capsule Medical Device Integration Platform (MDIP).

This product manages data from medical devices and patient information, redistributing it to various hospital systems, such as Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and monitoring platforms. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire software lifecycle—from development and testing to delivery—along with the creation and maintenance of both development and production tools.

Your role:

• Oversee software deliverables, including execution and evolution strategies aligned with the product roadmap, and manage planning and risk.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of 40 people, including 4 managers (Development, Verification, DevOps, Tools) and a dozen consultants.
• Collaborate with various R&D teams (Program Management, Architecture, System Engineering, Hardware, Certification, Validation) and other departments (Cybersecurity, IT, Product Management, Support) to define and execute tactical and strategic plans.
• Partner with HR for team member development, including annual reviews, training, and career management.
• Work in a dynamic, international environment across France, the US, India, Bulgaria, and the Netherlands.
• Foster a productive, supportive work environment where team spirit and rigor drive project success.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and quality objectives established at the start of the year.

You’re a strong fit for the role if you:

• Have 10+ years of experience managing development teams (10+ people) in an Agile, standardized environment and/or managing managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Possess strong communication skills, able to present ideas clearly to different audiences.
• Are proactive, quick to identify problems, and make objective decisions.
• Show respect for colleagues, listen to their perspectives, and help them perform at their best.
• Have a background in computer development engineering or equivalent experience.
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Have experience with .NET Framework, WCF, WPF, Angular, TypeScript, VueJS, SQL, Windows Server, and Windows Embedded.
• Are familiar with continuous integration, nightly builds, branch management, unit testing, and virtual test infrastructure using Hyper-V and Azure.
• Can work in compliance with industry standards (FDA 21 CFR part 820, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, IEC 62306).

Dans le cadre de la R&D de la Business Unit Clinical Intégration and Insights (CI&I) située dans Paris intra-muros, vous êtes responsables du développement logiciel de notre produit phare Capsule MDIP qui gère les informations issues des dispositifs médicaux et des données patients pour les redistribuer aux différents systèmes hospitaliers (Electronic Medical Record, Monitoring...). Cela inclut le développement, le test et la livraison de la solution logicielle et le développement et la maintenance des outils de développement et de production. 

Votre rôle:

• Responsable des livrables logiciels, de la définition des stratégies et de la gestion des plannings et risques selon la roadmap produit.
• Gestion d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire de 40 personnes, dont 4 managers (Development, Verification, DevOps, Tools) et une dizaine de consultants.
• Collaboration avec les équipes R&D et autres départements (Cybersecurity, IT, Product Management, etc.) pour atteindre les objectifs du département.
• Suivi des membres de l’équipe avec les RH (entretiens, formation, gestion de carrière).
• Travail dans un environnement dynamique et international (France, États-Unis, Inde, Bulgarie, Pays-Bas).
• Garantir un environnement propice à l’épanouissement de l’équipe, en valorisant l’esprit d’équipe et la rigueur.
• Assurer le respect des procédures et objectifs qualité définis.

Vous correspondez au rôle si vous :

• Avez 10 ans d’expérience dans le management d’équipes de développement (10+ personnes) en environnement Agile et normé, et/ou dans la gestion de managers et équipes pluridisciplinaires.
• Êtes à l’aise en communication et pouvez adapter vos idées selon l’audience.
• Savez identifier les problèmes, proposer des solutions et prendre des décisions rapides et objectives.
• Respectez vos collègues, écoutez leurs points de vue et les aidez à performer.
• Avez une formation d’ingénieur en développement informatique ou une expérience équivalente.
• Communiquez couramment en anglais, à l’écrit et à l’oral.
• Maîtrisez le développement sur .Net, WCF, WPF, Angular, TypeScript, VueJS, SQL, Windows Server, Windows Embedded.
• Avez de l’expérience en intégration continue, nightly builds, gestion de branches, tests unitaires, et infrastructure virtuelle sous HyperV et Azure.
• Pouvez travailler dans un environnement régi par des normes (FDA 21 CFR part 820, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, IEC 62306).
