1. Meeting and Engagement Support
Manage the CEO’s agenda, prioritizing and scheduling meetings with internal teams, external stakeholders, and high-profile individuals. Coordinate logistics for meetings and engagements, ensuring all participants are well-prepared.
Accompany the CEO to high-level meetings with stakeholders such as government representatives, CEOs, international organization leaders, and public figures.
Prepare meeting briefs, presentations, and talking points, ensuring the CEO is well-equipped for all engagements.
Take detailed notes during meetings, identifying key action points and ensuring timely follow-ups.
2. Strategic Follow-Up and Coordination
Oversee the execution of action points decided in meetings, coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure delivery.
Act as the CEO’s liaison, facilitating clear and effective communication between the CEO and stakeholders.
Track and prioritize incoming requests, correspondence, and deliverables, ensuring nothing critical is overlooked.
3. Document Preparation and Communication
Draft and edit high-quality emails, letters, presentations, and reports in both English and French.
Research and compile relevant information on key topics or stakeholders ahead of meetings or engagements.
Ensure consistency and alignment with the CEO’s communication style and the company’s values.
Support the CEO’s participation in conferences, events, and public speaking engagements, including speech preparation and logistics coordination.
4. Social Media and Digital Presence
Craft thoughtful and authentic social media posts that reflect the CEO’s voice, values, and vision, inspiring meaningful conversations with the community.
Work closely with the Community Manager and other relevant teams to ensure consistency with the company’s messaging and values, while amplifying the CEO’s presence as a relatable and influential leader.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, International Relations, Political Science, or a related field.
Successful professional experience, ideally in a high-stakes environment (e.g., executive office, consulting, government relations, international organizations).
Deep interest in and understanding of ecological and social transition topics, with the ability to quickly grasp sector-specific challenges and opportunities.
Fluent in English and French, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Proven ability to interact confidently with high-level stakeholders, including government officials, CEOs, and public figures.
Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram) and a proven ability to craft engaging content for professional audiences.
Passion for driving impactful change, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating discretion, tact, and professionalism in interactions with diverse stakeholders.
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Exceptional writing and editing skills, capable of drafting impactful presentations, emails and social media posts that align with the CEO’s voice and values.
Proficiency in digital tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management systems (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook), and social media management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a high-demanding, international and multicultural environment.
