As a Senior Business Developer, you will be in charge of developing new corporate partnerships for the Summit, with both French and International companies.
Your main mission will be to establish contact with global companies and convince them to get involved in the next edition of our summit.
With the help of the head of Corporate Partnership, you will be in charge of setting up new corporate partnerships :
Building up a database of targeted contacts identifying relevant companies to contact in connection with the summit
Identifying key triggers to secure a first meeting with top executives through emails sending and with the help of targeted marketing campaigns
Demonstrate your ability to listen, so as to fully understand the company’s goals and issues and be in a position to challenge them if necessary.
Drawing up a customized proposal in line with these challenges

As part of your mission to develop new and relevant partnerships for the summit, you will work closely with the ChangeNOW teams and actively engage with the corporate impact ecosystem.
To help you to elaborate relevant offers for partners, you will be in contact with other ChangeNOW teams - Speakers, Logistics, Exhibition, Communication - to ensure that your proposal is viable and well aligned with ChangeNOW’s editorial line.
You will raise awareness and actively engage partners with the summit’s charter and editorial vision.
The summit challenges conventional event practices through measures such as eco-friendly production, a sustainable food charter, minimalistic branding, and an emphasis on content and action-driven initiatives.
These efforts aim to prevent greenwashing and other practices that could conflict with the summit’s core values and overarching vision.
You will also work with the rest of the Corps team in defining the commercial offer around the summit - imagining new products and strengthening existing ones - and developing other opportunities of collaboration throughout the year.
You’ll take part in BtoB events, organized by ChangeNOW or by partners, to meet international companies and strengthen your ties with companies you’re in contact with.
The summit approaching, you will reinforce the KAM team in implementing some of your partnerships and ensuring that every collaboration is a success.
You will also be in charge of developing new partnerships for thematic events and impactful actions, depending on ChangeNOW’s development strategy.
Successful and significant experience in business development, sponsorship, partnerships development, key account management
Native or bilingual in English, fluent in French
Previous experience working with global companies
Experience in the event industry is strongly appreciated
Strong interpersonal skills, extravert and ability to interact with C-levels
Rigorous and attention to details
Strong interest and familiarity with environmental and social change. Drive and motivation to have a positive impact, and to change the world!
