The Automation Solutions Expert is responsible for optimization projects for Clasquin’s business lines, adhering to the group’s architectural rules through the implementation of Low code/No code projects. This role primarily involves supporting our internal clients from the expression of their needs to the deployment of a solution. This includes conceptualization, development monitoring, testing, and production deployment..

Your missions will be:

Requirements Analysis

  • Work closely with internal clients to understand and formalize their needs.

  • Understand and challenge business needs

  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.

  • Ensure respect of Clasquin architecture rules as well as best practices from editor

  • Ensure the improvement of existing processes, in collaboration with the different internal departments and support the differents internal clients with a focus on optimal service continuity and quality assurance

Develop Low code/ No Code solutions

  • Develop Low code/ No code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform

  • Understand the technical implications

  • Participate in architecture workshops

  • Propose application architectures

  • Respect business/technical constraints

  • Be proactive in the development of Power Platform applications,

  • Participate in the instrumentation of applications.

Project Management

  • Plan and manage projects from start to finish, respecting deadlines, budgets, and expected quality.

  • Ensure coordination between the different project stakeholders.

  • Implement PoC (Proof of Concept) and MVP (Minimum Viable Product) around Power Platform products (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, DataVerse, AI Builder, Power Virtual Agent & Power Pages).”

Product Lead

  • Define and prioritize the product backlog based on user needs and business objectives.

  • Ensure that the developed solutions meet internal clients’ expectations and align with the group’s digital strategy.

Quality, Test & Support solutions

  • Oversee testing and acceptance phases to ensure delivered solutions meet specifications.

  • Implement performance and quality indicators to monitor the effectiveness of deployed solutions.

  • Support internal users on developed solutions

Creation/update of materials to assist users and support teams (training, tutorials, webinars, technical procedures/help sheets for resolution)


Profil recherché

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with significant experience with Low code/ No code solutions

  • Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

  • Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.

  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills.

  • Autonomy, rigor, and a sense of responsibility
