🌟 ABOUT THE ROLE
As Team Lead SDR (Sales Development Representative), your mission will combine team leadership (70%) and operational contributions (30%) to drive lead management, outbound prospecting, and coordination within the sales pipeline. Your Key Responsibilities :
Team Leadership (70%)
Coach, guide, and motivate the SDR team (3 people) to achieve and exceed t
argets.Ensure that team members are aligned with sales strategies and equipped with the necessary
tools.Monitor performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to foster
growth.Collaborate with sales leadership to refine lead qualification and management strategies.
Lead Management
Handle all incoming leads
Call all leads within 15 minutes of receipt to create immediate rapport
Engage in sales-driven conversations, asking key questions to assess the lead’s potential
Log all relevant information into the CRM (Salesforce) for accurate tracking
Lead Coordination
Follow up with leads, ensuring they are handled promptly by the appropriate sales team members
Monitor the status of all leads and guarantee their effective management
Outbound Prospecting
Identify potential customers and key decision-makers (e.g., via LinkedIn)
Research and define a compelling “hook” to introduce D-EDGE’s value proposition
Initiate contact with potential clients through personalized phone outreach
Maintain follow-up communication to nurture relationships and convert prospects

You have at least 2 years experience in a similar position, leading a team
You are very confortablewith phone conversations both in French & English
You have a taste for challenges and meeting targets
You have a natural flair for salesYou like taking initiative
You’re a good listener, curious, and quick to identify who’s in charge of decision-making.
You enjoy teamwork and are keen to progress on a daily basis
You are organized and you know how to maintain accurate records of business development activities on CRM (ideally you have an experience with Salesloft)
You are curious about the market and the hospitality industry
You have the ability to quickly assimilate and learn new products and systems
