Guillaume Clément is Dailymotion’s Chief Operating Officer and drives the strategy to scale the video platform globally. Together with his teams, he has successfully pivoted the company’s entire platform to a premium platform. He is also behind the success of Dailymotion’s revamped consumer and advertiser experience.
Guillaume joined Dailymotion in 2013 as Program Manager, before taking over the management of the company’s technical and product strategy in 2014. His mission was to ensure the quality, availability, and performance of the platform on a global level. Guillaume Clément is a graduate engineer from L’ENSEIRB-MATMECA of Bordeaux.
Grégoire Beauvin is an EMEA Content Promotion Manager. He is responsible for promoting the content of Dailymotion’s media partners and identifying and attracting new media and content creators. Outside of work Grégoire spends most of his time either trying out new restaurants or catching up on TV shows.
Grégoire joined Dailymotion in 2019 after graduating from SKEMA Business School in Digital Marketing. He also studied during 6 months in Brazil. Before joining Dailymotion, Grégoire honed his skills in other media companies such as Orange, TF1, M6 and Canal +.
Bibiana Passadore is an accomplished software engineer. Bibiana manages overall project plans, including scope, requirement gathering, budget, coding, and delivery. She has managed different teams in the past - front-end, back-end, QA, and native developers. She is now a Data Engineering Manager and manages a multicultural team of 15 people including data engineers and analytic engineers.
Bibiana is also a filmmaker. Wearing two hats allows her to bring even more creative thinking to the table and to encourage a healthy and collaborative engineering culture focused on delivering business value.
Lucile Bak is Dailymotion’s Vice President of Operations. Her mission is to facilitate collaboration and consolidate a roadmap aligned with Dailymotion's global strategy and organization. Together with her team, she defines rituals, processes, and the tools needed to support all teams - business, product, and engineering - and to shape their vision and needs into achievable plans and concrete deliverables. She also oversees Dailymotion’s unique framework.
Lucile Bak joined Dailymotion back in 2016 as a Technical Senior Project Manager before being appointed Program Director. Now Vice President of Operations, she reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
Mina Gendi is Dailymotion’s AdTech Director of Engineering. The Ad Tech team provides a very challenging environment constantly developing new monetization solutions for Dailymotion’s partners and advertisers. Together with his team, Mina has successfully built the monetization platform providing the company’s ad revenue generation.
Mina started at Dailymotion in 2016 as a Software Developer, then moved on to become a Team Lead and is now Director of Engineering for the Ad tech team. Mina Gendi is an INSA Rennes graduate.
