Job Responsibilities
Prospecting and acquisition of new clients:
Research and identify new market segments, industries, or geographical regions for expansion
Utilize various tools to generate leads and contact prospects through calls, emails, social media, and meetings
Master the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, aligning pitches with the company’s solutions
Represent the company at trade shows and conferences, managing administrative elements required for contracting
Development and implementation of sales strategies:
Contribute to the development of the company’s growth strategy
Implement sales and marketing plans to achieve growth objectives
Understanding the market and competitors:
Conduct market analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Monitor competitors and propose strategies to maintain competitiveness
Coordination with internal teams:
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Provide regular reports on business development activities and results
Ensure administrative follow-up with clients and implement a client development strategy in coordination with account management teams
Advanced French and English language skills (minimum C1 proficiency level)
Minimum 3 years of experience selling SaaS products.
Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, both internally and externally
Proficiency in negotiating agreements and contracts
Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions
Capability to work independently and take initiative
Motivation to achieve and exceed set objectives
In-depth understanding of the industry in which the company operates
