🚀 Mission

As Project manager for our key account customers, you are part of the Customer Success team : You handle project management for about ten major clients per year across multiple industries (carriers with several hundred drivers, shippers like Suez, Bouygues…)

🎯 Goal

  • Ensure the deployment of complex projects from A to Z with client teams.

  • Collaborate with Dashdoc’s sales, product, and technical teams to build the best product on the market.

  • Stimulate development opportunities by understanding our clients’ needs and supporting them.

  • Contribute to product improvement through client feedback.

  • Contribute to the improvement of internal processes.

Profil recherché

  • Experience with key account companies : you are at least 3 year-experienced with key accounts in industry / saas company, as consultant or project manager. You are autonomous and proactive

  • Customer oriented : sense of service and ability to understand the clients’ needs to propose efficient solutions

  • Product and tech-oriented : attraction for complex saas products, ability to connect business need with product solution

  • Excellent communication skills : interpersonal skills, ability to convince and influence internal and external stakeholders, prepare and present written presentations

  • Organisation and analytics : excellent ability to analyse data and define KPIs, prioritising between several projects, follow closely an action plan

  • On-site : availability for weekly travels on clients’ and prospects’ sites. Driving licence is mandatory

  • Language : you are fluent in French and can work in English (written and spoken). Another language is a bonus.

  • Bonus : you know the transportation, logistics or supply chain market

  • Quick intro call (20 min) to get to know you and your career goals.

  • Deep dive (1 hr): Chat about your experience and expertise

  • Study case (1.5 hrs): Show your problem-solving skills.

  • Final chat with our CEO: Let’s make sure with Benoit (our CEO) it’s the perfect fit!

The whole process should not take longer than 2-3 weeks.

At least one of these steps will take place at the office!
