Overview :

Join our dynamic team and immerse yourself in a true entrepreneurial journey as you spearhead the launch of Dattak into new European markets beyond France. This position provides a rare opportunity to work closely with the executive team and play a pivotal role in our international growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning:

Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Refine the analysis to identify the most promising markets.

  • Conduct interviews with local experts to enhance market understanding.

  • Develop and define the optimal go-to-market strategy and operational model.

  • Contribute to the business plan development and investment sizing.

Operational Leadership:

Market Launch:

  • Lead the operational launch of Dattak in selected markets.

  • Secure partnerships with top brokers in cyber insurance in the new markets.

Management and Coordination:

Team Management:

  • Recruit and manage a local team

  • Provide ongoing support and development for the team to ensure success.

Daily Operations:

  • Oversee daily operations and support the development of launched markets.

Act as the main point of contact between local markets and HQ teams (Tech/Product, Insurance, Finance).


Profil recherché

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from a top-tier school or university.

  • Experience in the insurance industry and international expansion project.

  • Fluency in English and at least one other European language.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • Ability to understand market challenges and a company’s value proposition.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Dynamic, analytical, autonomous, and rigorous.

  • Willingness to travel frequently for business.

Déroulement des entretiens

Our recruitment process is a two-way street: we want to ensure we can envision a future collaboration, while also giving you the opportunity to understand the challenges and expectations of the role:

  • Round 1: Introductory interview with our recruitment manager, Lucile

  • Round 2: Culture and skills interview with Charlotte (Co-founder)

  • Round 3: Case study at our offices with Charlotte and Marwane (our Chief of Staff) (plan 2 hours and some asynchronous preparation)

  • Round 4: Team fit call with Damien (Co-founder)

  • Final Step: Reference check
