At the heart of Decathlon technological transformation, we have launched over the last few years major digitalisation changes in our production, supply and business operations. 

Your objective is to guarantee that the projects deliver the expected values at the best value/cost ratio , and ensure that all stakeholders are engaged in the transformation:

Together with the product owners and the operational management team; you will follow up projects to maximize their added value 

You will propose and enforce the best possible governance 

You will animate investment processes and forecast for the different projects all year long with with a “lean” mindset (“continuous improvement”  “ 5 why” “Kaizen”,...)

You will share and coach on the financial impacts and risks during the decision making process

You will guarantee the integrity of the financial statements and the representativity of the forecast

You are a sport passionate and you are interested in the supply chain to better serve our users 

You are interested in Digital and in new technologies

You are curious and able to deal with complex domains

You know how to share the sense and federate over your own topics. 

You have a good command of English (spoken, written). You are eager to learn French.

You have at least 5 years of professional experience, ideally on the following roles : Finance (FP&A), or Digital. or supply. Internal and  international background is a +
