As our Skill Owner for Project Management, you'll have the autonomy to design and implement innovative development programs that directly impact our company. Develop managers excellence in project management to serve strategic, operational and performance needs.
RESPONSIBILITY 1 : Define a skill / skills
Be connected to the issues in the field to integrate strategic and operational needs.
Define and update, if necessary, the responsibilities and skills for each job within the scope.
Identify and connect with all the stakeholders and target audiences around the skill
Keep abreast of changes (technological, organisational or societal (r)evolutions) to develop the skill and all the aspects linked to the skill (internal / external).
Define the skills assessment criteria for each impacted job.
Identify the skill levels of the teams
RESPONSABILITY 2 : Deploying the skill
Build the best skill development path to promote efficiency and performance (integration, further training)
Create, test and continuously improve the catalogue of skill development solutions
Develop and write training courses that enable excellence in the skill(s) concerned
Manage and measure skill levels within the scope of United
Identify, lead and assess a network of United referents
Identify, lead and assess a network of United trainers
Identify the useful processes related to the skill, ensure their implementation and formalisation to guarantee sustainable performance
Manage changes in the skill if necessary
Contribute to the processes and tools required by the skill.

Integrate into its network players likely to need the skills within their business units
Identify and connect with all stakeholders and target audiences around the skill
Synchronise the skills mapping with other business units
Identify the impact on the skills of changes in the processes and tools
