Become Deezer’s Talent Development & Culture Intern in our HR Team!
Under the management of our Talent Development Manager, you will collaborate closely with her to support our employees' career development initiatives and policies, helping to foster a culture of mobility, self-development, diversity, equity and inclusion.
You will get practical experience in a number of career development areas, such as creating and implementing a career framework, organizing internal career events, take the pulse of employee satisfaction and implement appropriate initiatives, ensure a Deezer is a safe place for everyone, and more. You will gain a solid understanding of how we can engage, develop, and make flourish our diverse talents!
The role
4 to 6 months internship - ASAP
What you will do:
Support the Talent Development Manager in the thinking and roll-out of career development programs and events
Support the deployment of a career framework throughout the organization
Maintain and continuously improve a job description library
Help on employee engagement campaigns, set up and run a campaign for interns and apprentices
Manage our engagement survey system: tool and user management during campains, update content, think of new ways to further leverage our tool
Bring our Be&Belong culture to life by recommending and executing initiative to our anchor new #BeYou #BeBold #BeCurious and #Belong values in day-to-day behaviours
Run Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives to make Deezer a diverse and inclusive workplace where everybody can be their true selves and thrive. You will facilitate our DE&I Employee Resource Group
What we are looking for:
At least one relevant internship (ideally in talent, recruitment, learning, HR support, or project management)
Good project management skills, including the ability to be proactive, prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Rigor and and attention to detail amongst your key strengths
Creative mindset and motivation to implement effective, impactful solutions
Proven team player with strong interpersonal skills. You are recognized for your positive energy to get people on board with your projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills
Completely fluent in English, French is a plus.
