Job Summary

Dessia is looking for a Sales Account Manager / Business Developer to develop new clients and grow current clients in EMEA zone. You will be part of a newly-established global sales team

Scope

You will be required to expand the sales of our software and customization services to large industrial & manufacturing companies (> 1 B$ revenue). You will report to the Head of Sales.

Your missions will be :

  • Identifying new business opportunities with regards to new accounts and/or current client accounts Deploying strategic solution & sales methods that include interactions with executive management and stakeholders

  • Understanding prospects/clients’ demands, goals and challenges, and addressing them by putting forward Dessia’s solutions

  • Proving the worth of said solutions, negotiating and closing deals

  • Working closely with the technical operational team to develop and deliver solutions

  • Being an advocate of Dessia’s vision

  • Keeping an open communication with the team and the clients

Profil recherché

Required qualifications

  • At least 4 years sales experience in selling software and/or strategic (value added) consulting services to the industry R&D (large enterprise > 1 B$ revenue).

  • Good understanding of the industry sectors such automotive, aerospace, rail and naval

  • Previous experience in finding new accounts and building customer relationships

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in written and spoken English, German is a plus

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
