The Role:

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager with a strong understanding of programmatic advertising or DOOH to join our team. If you are passionate about driving product adoption and growth in a dynamic industry, this role is perfect for you.

Where and how can you work?

The offer is based at our headquarters, modern offices in a coworking space in the heart of the Chartrons district facing the Garonne in the centre of Bordeaux.

In addition, we support a hybrid working model, allowing up to two days of teleworking a week

What will be your impact?

As a Product Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Product Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of Displayce’s programmatic DOOH solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product positioning and market fit.

2. Product Content & Positioning:

  • Craft compelling product messaging and value propositions that differentiate Displayce in the market and resonate with target audiences, including advertisers, agencies, and media owners.

  • Create high-impact marketing materials such as product battle cards & ratecards, website content, sales presentations, case studies, and training content.

  • Work closely with product teams to manage Help Desk content production, updates and architecture

3. Market Insights & Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning within the programmatic and DOOH landscape.

4. Metrics & Reporting:

  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Use data and customer feedback to iterate on strategies and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.


Profil recherché

You will be a good fit if you have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on programmatic advertising, DOOH, or adtech

  • Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem and/or digital out-of-home (DOOH) media.

  • Proven experience in creating successful go-to-market strategies and leading product launches.

  • Exceptional skills in product positioning, messaging, and storytelling.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams.

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to measuring success and optimizing performance.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.

Our hiring process:

We propose a short (2 weeks) process in 4 steps:

  • 20 min: Meeting With the Head of Human Resources (Sylvie)

  • 30 min : Meeting With the CMO (Emma)

  • 2 hours : Discussions with future colleagues and case studies

  • 30 min : Meeting with the CEO (Laure)
