- Care Coordination (x/f/m), you will be in charge of designing and coordinating a sustainable growth strategy to boost Care Coordination in France working very closely with local & global GTM teams in charge of specific clusters (GP, nurse, pharma, hospital, etc.), Product, Data, Sales, Satisfaction, Marketing, Communication, Public Affairs, etc.
What you’ll do
You will be in charge of:
- Defining ambitious targets on the usage of our Care Coordination solution (Siilo) in France, identify the levers and implement them leveraging all transversal levers at your disposal (other FR GTM cluster leads on their clusters, Sales, Marketing, Com, Public Affairs, etc.) and monitor them.
- Supporting the Product team based in Amsterdam to develop the most adapted Care Coordination solution for the French market by consolidating the needs of every FR cluster, collecting user feedback on a regular basis, organizing ad hoc research, participating in workshops with the Product team, etc. Coming features will be: Team handle (talk as an organization and not only as an individual practitioner), Telexpertise, tool improvement dedicated to large organizations (Siilo for Org), deep integration with the rest of our Doctolib solutions, etc.
- Supporting the Sales team in charge of Care Coordination organizations such as CPTS and associations (URPS, speciality associations, etc.) by defining the targets, the relevant packaging & pricing, sales strategy, set up & support.
- Overall build a deep knowledge on FR care coordination market (market sizing, market trends, regulation, competition, etc.), collect best practices from other market (DE, ITA, NL, BE) and disseminate internally + define partnership or M&A recommendations if necessary.
