Working in the Product team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in feature teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams.

What you'll do

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Health Care Patient Account and Organisation team within the Health Care Professionals Data Platform domain and report to the Product Director.

As a Senior Product Manager, your mission will be to ensure Healthcare Professional Account Management and Organisation representation enable Doctolib to pursue its growth targets including external applications integration and third parties coordination.

As a Senior Product Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Own the vision and the product strategy on Healthcare Professional Account and Organisation
  • Deploy an HCP Account capability able to tell all Doctolib applications as well as external providers where to read and write HCP account information
  • Ensure acquired applications can integrate with the HCP Account capability to migrate their HCP account information into Doctolib
  • Define the Healthcare Organisation capability making sure we can represent how healthcare organisations are structured and how HCPs work together
  • Work hand in hand with the Engineering Manager to build a prioritized roadmap and product plan to deliver this vision in a scalable way
  • Be able to explain and convince the different stakeholders about your choices
  • Lead the execution of the projects autonomously, from problem definition to solution framing, specs writing, validation of developments, rollout and follow
    -up results and impacts
  • Define each project specifications and ensure key product management processes for the confidentiality and security of health data
  • Work closely with our end users and cross
    -functionally with development teams, user researchers, designers, and data analysts in an agile environment.
  • Contribute to the global growth of the product team by engaging in knowledge sharing, best
    -practice implementation, and creating new processes to help us adapt as we scale

Who you are

If you don’t meet all the requirements below but believe this opportunity matches your expectations and experience, we still encourage you to apply!

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in Product Management with direct product ownership: you have worked with developers, led rituals, wrote specifications
  • Have extended experience on User Account Management and users networks mapping, knowledge on SCIM protocol is a plus
  • Possess a strong experience developing/launching products in a large scale international B2B environment, where you need to change the engine while it runs at full speed
  • Always put the user in the center of your work and want to be close to them
  • Speak English & French at least on a C1 level
  • Think global/act local and are used to working in an international environment
  • Are ambitious to transform healthcare with an entrepreneurial mindset
