Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to join us. 

You will be part of the product team (6 people today), and will be responsible for shaping the design function and spreading the design culture within the team. 

We are ideally looking for someone with previous experience (2 years+) in early stage B2B SaaS or fintech. 

The position is based in Paris. The ideal candidate is based in Paris, with 2 to 3 days of remote work possible per week.

Key Reponsibilities

• Immerse yourself in our customers’ challenges and partner closely with other teams to craft elegant product solutions.

• Test your implementations with customers, gather feedback and leverage this data to input on the product roadmap.

• Design every detail of new product features, from idea to UX to pixel-perfect execution.

• Improve upon our design system and own design assets organization.

• Implement the best practices & processes (from user research to implementation).

• You have at least 3 years of experience in product design (from user research to implementation) in B2B SaaS or Fintech.

• You can create pixel-perfect visual designs (UI).

• You enjoy tackling hard conceptual problems and have sharp intuition for how people use (or wish they could use) products (UX).

• You never loose sight of the broader picture and can think through all the implications of your designs on the company business goals. You don’t get stuck on a pretty UI, and can balance between craft, speed and the bottom line.

• You have strong convictions, loosely held. You always challenge your own beliefs by being a good listener, collaborating with the team and leveraging data.

• You have excellent communication skills and know how to get your point across using both words and visuals.

• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in fast-paced environments where you have broad responsibilities. You are ambitious and want to take part in the development of a leading product and company.

• You are doer and have a bias for action, no task is below you. You like to own projects from start to finish

• Screening Call: A preliminary call is conducted to assess fit from both parties. 

• Deep Dive on Past Experiences: 45 min interview to understand your approach to design, discuss your past experiences and evaluate your analytical skills, methodology & communication
