Job Overview:

This position will enable Driveco to optimize its data management and steer its operations with clear and tailored dashboards.

Your main missions:

Design and Development of Dashboards:

• Develop advanced dashboards for operational, financial, commercial, and strategic teams.
• Implement visualizations tailored to the needs of different departments (KPIs, trends, alerts).

Data Collection and Integration:

• Collect and centralize data from multiple sources: SAP, Salesforce, Excel files, EV charging monitoring systems, external APIs, and other systems.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and consistency.
• Act as the guardian of Master Data consistency.
• Contribute to data governance and modeling within our tools.

Analysis and Reporting:

• Provide strategic analyses to guide decision-making: station performance, profitability, investment tracking, etc.
• Create customized reports for each business function.

API Management and Automation:

• Integrate and utilize APIs to connect external or internal data sources.
• Design automated workflows (ETL) for data extraction, transformation, and loading.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with operational, commercial, and technical teams to identify their data and reporting needs.
• Train teams on the use of BI tools and dashboards.

Technology Watch and Innovation:

• Identify new solutions and tools to enhance data analysis and visualization capabilities.
• Continuously propose improvements to systems and processes related to data management.

Preferred Experience

Education and Experience:

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or BI solution development.
• Ideally, experience in an industrial, technological, or energy-related environment.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in BI tools: Power BI preferred or equivalent.
• Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems, such as SAP and Salesforce.
• Advanced skills in Excel (Power Query, VBA) and SQL.
• Experience with ETL tools.
• Experience in integrating and utilizing APIs to connect various data systems.

Analytical Skills:

• Ability to analyze and synthesize large volumes of data to extract actionable insights.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on performance improvement.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong teaching ability to train non-technical users on dashboard usage.

Other Skills:

• Knowledge of the EV charging ecosystem or IoT infrastructures (a plus).
• Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
