You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes across all countries where Driveco operates. This role requires a strategic leader who can design and execute talent strategies that support the company’s business objectives. You will work closely with the executive team to foster a positive workplace culture, ensure organizational effectiveness, and promote employee engagement and development.

Your missions :

  • Strategic HR Management: Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Talent Acquisition: Expertise in recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and succession planning. Ensure the employer brand: definition, implementation, monitoring, and revisions.
  • Talent Development and Management: Experience in creating and implementing effective training and development programs, and succession planning. The guiding principle “right people, right place, right time”
  • Social Relations: Strong knowledge of employment law and experience managing employee relations issues. Foster positive working relationships with social partners and institutions (Works Council - CSE).
  • Compensation and Benefits: Experience in designing and managing compensation structures and benefits programs.
  • Performance Management: Ability to develop and oversee performance management systems.
  • HR Analytics: Proficiency in using HR data and metrics to drive decisions and demonstrate ROI.
  • Change Management: Experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):Demonstrated commitment to and experience in promoting DEI within an organization.
  • Culture Champion : Foster a pleasant, fulfilling, and inclusive work environment in collaboration with the Workplace Experience Manager.
  • Administrative : Manage the various stages of an employee's life cycle (payroll, contracts, leaves, working hours, occupational health, URSSAF, certificates, departures, etc.). Oversee payroll and social declarations in liaison with our accountant. Ensure the proper application of legal and administrative procedures and maintain legal compliance across all human resources activities.
  • Team Management and Budget : Oversee the daily operations of the HR team, ensuring each member has a performance-driven plan with clear objectives. Develop and oversee the HR budget.

👩‍💻Hard Skills

  • At least 10 years of experience working in a people team
  • At least one significative experience in a similar role
  • A Master Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • HR certification is a plus
  • Must have experience working on people teams in France and strong knowledge of French labor law
  • A proven ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
  • Data-driven mindset with a history of decision-making based on business metrics, to quickly define, track and analyze KPIs to take action
  • You can show successful delivery across recruitment, employee growth, culture and engagement.
  • Able to build strong relationships with the team based on confidentiality and trust
  • Excellent oral & written communication in both French and English
