About the role 🚀

Location: Paris HQ.

Job langage: French and English.

Job Overview:

The IT Manager will be responsible for DRIVECO's IT infrastructure, the operation of IT equipment, and the network. They will ensure that employees have the necessary hardware and software to perform their tasks and guarantee that systems have properly functioning network connections.

Your main missions:

Access Management

  • Configuring and administering cloud services (such as Microsoft 365 or Google Cloud).
  • Managing licenses and user accounts across various systems and platforms.
  • Handling employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Maintaining an inventory of software licenses used by DRIVECO.
  • Training users on tools and best practices.
  • Raising awareness among employees about IT security issues (password policies, phishing, etc.).
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for users.

IT Equipment Management

  • Manage the inventory and configuration of IT equipment, including computers, mobile phones, monitors, and small devices.
  • Plan future acquisitions based on the company's needs, in close collaboration with the HR team.

IT Strategy Management

  • Develop and implement security policies to protect data and systems, such as backup solutions.
  • Conduct benchmarking and define the selection of IT software (instant messaging, knowledge management, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.

Preferred Experience

An IT Manager must possess a combination of technical and non-technical skills to effectively manage an organization's information systems. They must blend deep technical expertise with managerial and communication skills to succeed in their role. The ability to adapt to rapid changes in the technology sector is also crucial.

As DRIVECO is a European company, proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

Technical Skills:

  • IT Knowledge: Proficiency in operating systems, network management, and IT security.
  • Cybersecurity: Deep understanding of online threats and best practices to protect data and systems from cyberattacks.

Project Management:

  • Planning and Organization: Ability to plan and execute IT projects while meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
  • Change Management: Skills to manage organizational changes related to the implementation of new technologies.
  • Coordination: Ability to communicate and coordinate with various departments across multiple locations.
  • Incident Management: Capability to handle issues quickly and efficiently to minimize disruptions.

Budget Management:

  • Financial Management: Skills to oversee the IT budget (license costs, projects, hardware).

    Our salary package for this role is within the range of 50/60 K euros annually depending of experience.
