Born in 2021 from the desire to make cities less polluted and quieter, Electra is helping to shift usage towards electric mobility by tackling the main barrier: charging.

Electra is constantly innovating to make electric vehicle charging easier, with a network of fast charging stations (20 minutes on average) and a maximally simplified user experience.

Based in Paris, Lyon, Bordeau, Nantes, Brussels, Madrid, Zurich, Vienna, Munich, Milan and Amsterdam, Electra's teams aim to deploy a network of 15,000 fast charging points by 2030, proud to contribute to the energy transition in Europe.

In 3 years, we have:

  • Deployed 300 stations and over 1700 fast-charging points

  • Secured thousands of stations to establish Electra as a leader in the European market

  • Opened several offices in France and Europe

💼 Your Mission

As a Senior Brand Manager at Electra, you will report directly to the SVP Revenue Officer, playing a pivotal role in defining and implementing our brand strategy to enhance market positioning and ensure strong brand awareness in the rapidly growing EV market. You will lead large-scale campaigns—including offline and online channels—requiring expertise in media planning and buying. Additionally, you will the Senior Graphic Designer, ensuring cohesive brand visuals and alignment across all campaigns and channels.

🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️Your Responsibilities

  • Brand Communication & Strategy:
    • Develop and implement a robust brand communication strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels, from digital platforms to traditional media.
    • Lead creative brainstorming sessions, working closely with designers and external agencies to craft engaging narratives that reflect Electra’s brand positionning
    • Design campaigns that resonate with B2C audiences, using storytelling to communicate the value of Electra’s charging solutions.
  • Campaign Management & Media Buying:
    • Plan, manage, and execute large-scale, multi-channel brand campaigns, including digital, TV, radio, OOH, print, and social media.
    • Work with external agencies to develop creative assets and ensure they reflect Electra's brand values and objectives.
  • Content Creation & Storytelling:
    • Craft compelling narratives and messaging that resonate with diverse target audiences, from consumers to business partners.
    • Oversee the production of content (videos, graphics, social media posts, etc.) that communicates the value of Electra’s offerings and strengthens brand loyalty.
    • Stay ahead of market trends and proactively explore new ways to enhance Electra’s visibility in a competitive industry.
  • Brand Performance & Analytics:
    • Track and analyze brand performance and brand awareness (for example via brand tracker)
    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, making recommendations for improvement.
    • Manage brand budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources for maximum impact.


😎 Your profile

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 8+ years of experience in brand management, with a strong focus on large-scale campaign management and media buying (TV, radio, digital).
    • Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand-building.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in French and English.
